Job summary

St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Change Manager to join the IDT Change Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on delivering electronic clinical documentation improvements and ERP/Cerner EPR optimisations, with engagement across clinical, managerial and admin staff.

You will analyse current processes, define scope of change requests, support training design, and ensure transitions are aligned with the Trust's strategic goals while

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define and agree scope and deliverables for change requests.
• Ability to develop expert knowledge of electronic documentation and work processes.
• Experience analysing current processes against requirements and designing improved workflows.
• Experience in engaging clinical, managerial and administrative staff to adopt new processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and gain agreement on change scope and deliverables.
• Analyse work processes and align with Trust requirements.
• Design and implement new electronic clinical documentation processes.
• Engage staff across clinical, managerial and admin areas to ensure buy-in.
• Support training requirements and transition to new ways of working.
• Provide guidance to Change Agents and Senior Change Analysts.
• Monitor and track benefits of changes using defined indicators.
