Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant/Document Controller to lead information management on major projects. The role focuses on implementing and governing CDE platforms with Viewpoint and GliderBIM, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards and advanced BI reporting.

You will work on site in Derby three days a week, coordinating with global clients and internal teams to deliver robust document control processes and data integrity across programmes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Document Controller in major projects.
• Experience with Viewpoint and GliderBIM required.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards especially Part 2.
• Proficient in Power BI for data extraction and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDE implementation, metadata, permissions, folder structures and workflows.
• Manage user accounts, security groups and access control.
• Define project information standards and naming conventions.
• Configure and manage the CDE to support evolving teams.
• Monitor document QA, compliance and reporting; run ad-hoc reports.
• Train super users and project teams on CDE functionality.
