Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant/Document Controller to lead administration, configuration and adoption of Viewpoint and GliderBIM on major projects. The role requires on-site presence in Derby three days a week, with responsibilities spanning discovery, compliance, and project information standards.

You will manage users, security groups, and training, while ensuring QA of documents and workflows. Strong BIM knowledge and ISO 19650 experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Document Controller or equivalent.
• Experience with Viewpoint and GliderBIM required.
• Proficient in Power BI data extraction and reporting.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 standards.
• Eligible to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDE implementation including metadata, permissions and folder structures.
• Manage users, invitations and security groups.
• Contribute to project information standards and naming conventions.
• Configure and manage CDE tools for changing teams.
• Quality assurance of documents and workflows.
• Track workflows, report progress and resolve blockers.
• Provide regular system usage and compliance reports.
• Interface with project team and stakeholders as main CDE contact.
• Organise and deliver training for users and super users.
• Provide ad-hoc insights from system data.
