A top UK utility company is searching for a CDE Manager to oversee the daily management of their common data environment. This role involves user administration, compliance audits, and stakeholder engagement, requiring strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ideal candidates should have experience with CDE systems and delivering training sessions. The position offers competitive benefits and values inclusivity and individual contributions.
Responsible for managing the operation, standards, and culture of the common data environment. This role is varied and challenging and will involve working with internal and Contractor document and contract control teams. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop Client processes as it rolls out new CDE processes across its AMP7 and AMP8 capital programmes. Initiative and problem-solving skills are a must, as are strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience implementing document management procedures in a BIM context also ideal.
You will have excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people. You will be a forward-thinking innovator, capable of anticipating challenges and responding to change in a rapidly evolving environment. You will be able to make educated judgments and decisions in the face of ambiguity, and have a good grasp of the bigger picture, seeking opportunities to contribute to the wider agenda.
