Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in FMCG Wholesale or Retail.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience creating category strategy and promotional plans.
• Numerate with ability to analyse performance and market data.

Aufgaben

• Ensure activities support achievement and delivery of budget for sales, wholesale margin, retail POR and cash profit.
• Maximise product availability across categories by effective ranging and pricing.
• Work closely with suppliers to generate Joint Business Plans.
• Develop and implement category strategy and category plans to meet financial targets.
• Negotiate income from suppliers for media promotional support and initiatives.
• Plan and communicate requirements for seasonal promotions and initiatives across the supply base.
• Range management and development including identifying gaps and managing price propositions.
• Define and manage the strategy for Own Brand to balance branded and own-brand products.
• Complete admin tasks for the category accurately and on time.
• Analyse promotional effectiveness and forecasts for product categories.
