The Senior Category Manager will lead category strategy, develop customer category plans, and deliver insight-led recommendations.

• Significant Category Management experience within FMCG at Manager level.
• Experience using market/consumer insight data (EPOS, Kantar, Dunnhumby).
• Experience working with major UK retailers and building influential relationships.
• Proven people leadership with coaching and developing others.
• Excellent presentation, communication and commercial influencing skills.

About The RoleWalkers Deli & Sausage Co (WDSCo), part of the Samworth Brothers Group, is a highly successful and growing food manufacturing business with a heritage dating back to the 1820s. Supplying many of the UK's leading retailers across categories including premium sausages, cooked meats, BBQ, pâté, protein snacking and ready meals, we continue to invest in our future growth and innovation. This Senior Category Manager position is a key leadership role within our Commercial function, helping shape category strategy and drive growth across major retail customers. Reporting to the Head of Category & Marketing, you will lead the development and delivery of category strategies, customer category plans and insight-led recommendations. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, NPD, Insight and Business Leadership teams while coaching and developing category talent within the business. This is an opportunity to become a recognised category expert both internally and externally, influencing strategic decisions that deliver growth for customers and the business.,
