Job summary

Walkers Deli & Sausage, part of Samworth Brothers, is seeking production staff in Leicester to handle brine preparation, mixing and quality checks on the line. You will set up the brine mixer, monitor product quality and ensure correct dolav loading through the injection system.

• Weigh ingredients and mix brine ensuring that the recipe is correct and ensure that the required checks on salt/nitrate readings are completed.
• Set up the brine mixer and ensure that the product quality is continuously monitored.
• Loading of dolavs onto the conveyor belt correctly and ensure that they are fed through the injection machine.
