Samworth Brothers in Worksop is seeking a proactive Team Leader to motivate and manage a department or line, organise job rotation, conduct performance and probation reviews, and coach staff to achieve high performance while living our values.

You will cover for the Line Manager when needed, champion health and safety, and help drive a collaborative, family-like culture where colleagues support one another and take pride in delivering quality products.

• Proactively take on personal responsibility and accountability to support Line Manager and cover for Line Manager when unavailable.
• They are champions for health & safety and live and breathe the Samworth Brothers’ purpose and values
