Disney Store (UK) Ltd in London (Selfridges) is seeking a Senior Cast Member to deliver magical guest experiences, maintain brand standards, and mentor Cast Members. You will manage stage visuals, stock replenishment and event setups while providing outstanding service across all guest interactions.

The role emphasizes proactive guest engagement, rapid problem-solving, and upholding grooming guidelines and store presentation to reflect the Disney brand at all times.

Qualifications

• Passion for interacting with Guests of all ages.
• Attention to detail and prioritising guests and tasks.
• Time management and organisational skills.
• Retail/service experience preferred.
• Ability to take responsibility in a team.
• Experience of training or helping other team members preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Contributes to impeccable maintenance of VM standards and store presentation.
• Take responsibility for stage movements and POS checks.
• Monitors VM standards in delivery, markdowns, recovery and replenishment.
• Provides feedback to Managers and Cast Members to uphold Disney Brand standards.
• Maintains a neat and organised store on stage and back stage for replenishment.
• Ensures that all new product is on stage for the Guest experiences the most current assortment.
• Assists with stock deliveries and replenishment to agreed standards.
• Participates in markdowns, event set-up and Stage Sets.
• Drives KPIs and supports Guest service through Talk-Ups.
