Job summary

Sentra Care is seeking a senior care lead to manage complex cases, set goals, and develop costed management plans. You will oversee tailored care packages with multidisciplinary teams and families, ensuring high standards of clinical governance.

You will provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and performance support while expanding relationships with solicitors and insurers to support business growth. A key focus is ensuring documentation and leadership coverage in absences.

Qualifications

• Current UK professional registration in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Social Work.
• At least 5 years healthcare experience with 2+ years in complex case management.
• Proven record of supervising and mentoring teams.
• Understanding of personal injury litigation and medico-legal reporting.
• Strong communication and autonomous caseload management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload with assessments, goals, and costed plans.
• Commission and review tailored care and rehabilitation packages with MDTs.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to case managers.
• Develop external relationships with solicitors, insurers, and referrers.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and cover Clinical Lead when needed.
