  • Commission, oversee, and review tailored care and rehabilitation packages, collaborating directly with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and their families.
  • Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional guidance to case managers, actively supporting performance appraisals and clinical development.
  • Foster and expand key external relationships with personal injury solicitors, insurers, and referrers to support ongoing business development.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation standards and provide clinical cover for the Clinical Lead during periods of absence.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Current UK professional healthcare registration (such as NMC, HCPC, or Social Work England) in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Social Work.
  • A minimum of five years of professional healthcare experience, including at least two years dedicated to complex case management.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering clinical supervision, mentoring colleagues, and leading teams.
  • Solid practical understanding of the personal injury litigation process and medico-legal reporting expectations.
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and autonomous caseload management abilities.
Nice-to-have
  • Working knowledge of Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Direct background coordinating rehabilitation for catastrophic conditions, including acquired brain injury, spinal cord trauma, or complex orthopaedic injuries.
  • Previous involvement with safe recruitment practices within care commissioning.
