Job summary

Sentra Care is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager in the UK to lead a high‑value caseload, provide clinical supervision, and partner with clinical leadership to drive standards across the service.

This permanent, full‑time role offers hybrid working with travel to clients in surrounding areas, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave, an employer‑contributed pension, health plan, and ongoing training support.

Qualifications

• Current UK professional healthcare registration (NMC/HCPC/SWE) required.
• Minimum of five years professional healthcare experience, including at least two years in complex case management.
• Experience delivering clinical supervision and mentoring.
• Solid understanding of personal injury litigation and medico-legal reporting expectations.
• Excellent communication and autonomous caseload management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload with thorough assessments, goal setting, and costed care plans.
• Coordinate tailored care and rehabilitation packages with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and families.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to case managers; support performance appraisals and development.
• Develop external relationships with solicitors, insurers, and referrers to support business development.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and provide clinical cover for the Clinical Lead when needed.
