Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in a similar air cargo brokerage or freight role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales and operations cycle for cargo charter, freight forwarding, and time-critical logistics.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities using outreach methods.
• Coordinate operational requirements from enquiry to completion with handling agents and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records with up-to-date client and prospect data.
• Represent the business at meetings, client visits and industry events internationally.
