TARCG - The Aviation Recruitment & Consulting Group, based in central London, is seeking a Cargo Charter Broker to support and expand its growing cargo charter business. The role welcomes either a developing broker or a senior professional, with responsibilities spanning client liaison to flight execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' private jet charter brokerage experience.
• Strong commercial and business development capability.
• Good knowledge of aircraft, operators, charter pricing and end-to-end charter process.
• Confidence managing demanding private and corporate clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cargo charter enquiries from initial requirement through to completion.
• Aircraft sourcing, pricing and commercial negotiations.
• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities.
• Coordinate complex and time-critical charter movements.
• Develop strong relationships with operators and suppliers.
• Monitor aircraft availability, market pricing and opportunities.
• Support clients throughout the operational lifecycle of each charter.
• Represent the business at client meetings, sales trips and international industry events.
