Job summary

Barchester is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for one of its care homes. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care reviews.

You will always respect residents' dignity and preferences, helping create a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment. The role offers opportunities for professional growth through ongoing training, with many Senior Carer Assistants progressing

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
• Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to individualized care.

Responsibilities
