You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team with areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews, always upholding residents' dignity and preferences.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
