Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for one of its UK care homes. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, ensuring residents receive quality, person-centred care.

You will support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments and care plans, while upholding dignity and creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is essential.
• Be warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to individualised care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
