Job summary

SCG Care is looking for a seasoned sales professional to drive new business and strengthen existing accounts in the care sector across the UK. You will identify opportunities, manage a full sales cycle, and deliver tailored solutions with a focus on revenue growth.

You will engage stakeholders from operational teams to board-level, build long-term partnerships, and expand market presence while aligning SCG Care’s technology offerings to client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in tech, software, SaaS, managed services, telecoms, or solution sales.
• Experience selling into a specific vertical market, especially care.
• Proven ability to close complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong consultative and solution-led sales approach.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth in care and healthcare sectors.
• Manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to contract.
• Promote full SCG Care portfolio with tailored solutions.
• Develop strategic customer relationships and increase retention.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow revenue.
• Deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for client-focused solutions.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to strategy.
• Maintain accurate CRM, forecast, and pipeline reporting.
• Represent SCG Care at events to generate leads.
