Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) preferred.
• Experience in conducting service reviews and report writing.
• Knowledge of CQC Regulations and standards.

• Oversee staffing levels and maintain service standards.
• Ensure compliance with Information Governance.

Skills

Management or supervisory role within care home

Specialist skills and experience in dementia / mental health

Strong decision making and problem solving skills

Education

Management qualification or post-qualifying award Diploma Level 5

Diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care

Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
