ClwydAlyn Housing Limited is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Practitioner for Chirk Court, a warm residential care home in Wrexham. This permanent role offers 25 hours per week with a pay rate of £15.68 per hour, designed to provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents.

You will lead and support care staff, get to know residents, and help them live safely with dignity. Training and development are encouraged, and the team prides itself on a family-like culture, strong wellbeing focus,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering person-centred care with dignity.
• Ability to lead care staff and coordinate shifts.
• Willingness to complete Level 3 qualification if needed.

Responsabilités

• Support residents with personal care in a dignified and respectful way.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Lead and support care staff on shift.
• Assist with rota planning to help the team run smoothly.
• Notice changes in wellbeing and respond appropriately.
• Create a calm, homely environment.
