Job summary

Colten Care in Poole is seeking a Customer Advisor to nurture quality leads into sales and maintain high occupancy while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will engage with families and professionals, guiding them from initial contact to settling into their new home.

You’ll work with the Home Manager and team to provide a professional, empathetic journey for enquirers. Driving locally, you’ll be an ambassador for Colten Care within the community.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Full driving licence and own car for community travel.
• Proven sales and customer service track record.

Responsibilities

• Nurture quality leads into sales to maintain high occupancy.
• Provide a warm welcome to enquirers over the phone or in person.
• Support local promotional activities and events and represent Colten Care in the community.
• Act as an ambassador for Colten Care in all interactions.
