Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver compassionate in-home care in Ipswich. You will support clients to live independently with dignity, providing personal care and companionship. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and strong communication with families.

Flexibility is required with shifts from early to late, including weekends. Training up to QCF level 5 is funded, and sponsorship is not offered for right-to-work.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months' care experience, NVQ level 2 preferable.

About the role

What you will bring

• Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
• A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
• Flexible shifts between 7am - 10pm and alternating weekends
• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work - we currently cannot offer sponsorship
