Qualifications

• NVQ 3 in care or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar care environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Support residents with daily activities in a safe, caring environment.
• Monitor wellbeing and update care plans as needed.
• Supervise and support junior staff development where required.
• Serve as a key contact for residents, relatives and coordinating with health professionals.
