Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 in care for care homes is required.
• 2 years experience in a similar care environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude, supportive, and respectful to residents and staff.
• Flexible and reliable to cover a range of duties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and note changes affecting care plans.
• Contribute to monthly evaluations within person-centred care planning.
• Assist residents with medication and daily needs.
• Provide supervision and support staff development when required.
• Serve as key contact for residents, families and health/social care professionals, escalating concerns as needed.
