Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
• 2 years experience in a similar care environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Positive attitude to supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
• Responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and work with the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care.
• Create a safe, caring, inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.
• Monitor wellbeing of residents and update care plans and records.
• Assist with person-centred care planning, evaluations and monthly reviews.
• Support residents with medication requirements and health care coordination.
