Qualifications

• NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar care environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Positive attitude; patient and nurturing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, caring environment.
• Monitor wellbeing and update care plans and records.
• Support residents with medication requirements.
• Undertake staff supervision and development.
• Act as key contact for residents, relatives and professionals.
