Avery Healthcare Group in Chipstead, Sevenoaks, Kent, is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Senior Care Assistant for Rivermere Care Home. You will work with the care team to deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 in care, have at least two years’ experience, excellent communication, and a flexible, compassionate approach.

Qualificações

• Must hold NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar care environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a caring, nurturing approach.
• Flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the wellbeing of residents and update care plans as needs change.
• Participate in person-centred care planning, with monthly evaluations.
• Assist residents with medication as required.
• Supervise and support staff development where needed.
• Act as a key liaison with residents, families and health professionals, handling requests and concerns.
