A leading care provider in the United Kingdom is looking for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join their team. This role involves delivering high-quality care and support to clients while supervising junior staff. Ideal candidates should have an SVQ Level 3 qualification and prior experience in a similar role. As part of a multidisciplinary team, our Senior Care Assistants have responsibility for assessment of care needs and the development of programmes of care the implementation and evaluation of these programmes ensuring the delivery of high quality care and outcomes for service users. You will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision as well as demonstrating procedures to and supervise SSSC registered care staff. Additionally, you will also direct, coordinate and supervise, the work of other staff within the unit to promote best practice in relation to resident care.
All staff are highly-qualified and up-to-date with care sector developments and regulatory issues. This coupled with our close links with health services partners ensures care packages are always appropriate and unique to individual needs.
