Job summary

Agincare in Minehead is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide high-quality personal and domestic care in clients’ homes. You’ll support independence, dignity, and companionship while building a rewarding career in care.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months care experience, a full UK driving licence, and are available for 40 hours per week with flexible shifts from 7am to 10pm and alternating weekends. NVQ Level 2 preferred.

About the role

• Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.

What you will bring

• Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
• A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
• Full UK driving licence
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am 10pm and alternating weekends
• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work we currently cannot offer sponsorship
