Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Newcastle-under-Lyme to provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes. You will support independence and dignity, build trust with clients and their families, and contribute to a compassionate care team.

We offer fully funded training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts, and a mileage allowance. Driving licence and own car are required to reach clients across the area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months care experience.
• NVQ Level 2 preferable.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am–10pm and alternating weekends.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
