We are looking for dedicated individuals to join us as Senior Care Assistants, with opportunities for full-time roles on days and nights, each 33 hours per week.
As a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything you do. You will be involved in providing high-quality care in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Your role involves creating personalized care plans, supporting residents' independence and dignity, and leading a team of Care Assistants.
You will also assist with social and recreational activities, administer medication, and maintain accurate records. A Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care knowledge. Your positive attitude and kindness are essential qualities.
