You will assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication.
A key responsibility is maintaining accurate records and building strong team relationships.
Ideally, you will have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care (S/NVQ) and be willing to work towards Level 3 or equivalent. Experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care is desirable. What’s essential is your positive energy, ability to connect with people, good record-keeping skills, effective time management, and a considerate, kind approach when communicating with residents and colleagues.
