Job summary

Your Care Jobs Ltd in Blackpool is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join a welcoming Residential Care Home. You will help deliver person-centred care, lead by example, and support the wider care team to maintain high standards of care.

This 35-hour contract includes weekend on rotation, with a competitive hourly rate of £14.50–£15.00 plus paid breaks. Experience in care, leadership and good communication are valued; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive outstanding care while supporting and mentoring the wider care team. You'll lead by example, promote best practice, administer medication where required, and help maintain the highest standards of care throughout the home.
