Job summary

Avon Search is recruiting for an experienced Care Assistant to join a welcoming residential care home in Newton le Willows. The role offers a 36-hour contract (weekends on rotation) and a competitive hourly rate of £13.45 with excellent benefits.

You will provide person-centred care, support residents with daily living tasks, and maintain high standards of care. NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards) is preferred, and there is no DBS fee to pay.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Care Assistant is preferred, however the right personality will go a long way
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
