Job summary

Avon Search & Selection is recruiting a Care Assistant (Days) for a residential care home in Newton le Willows. The role covers 36 hours per week, with weekends on rotation, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents and supporting a warm, family‑oriented environment.

The successful candidate will have prior care experience, NVQ Level 2 (or willing to work towards), and a passion for compassionate, professional care within a supportive team.
