Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant at Critchill Court Care Home in England. You will deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care and independence.

You will administer medication safely, contribute to care plans, and lead activities, engaging residents meaningfully while supporting team members as needed. The role offers 24 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with funded training up to QCF Level 5, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Must hold a Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• 24 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.
