Job summary

Agincare’s Cheriton Care Home in Dorchester is seeking caring, experienced professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Join our team to support residents with dignity, independence and daily living, including medication administration and care planning.

We offer competitive pay at £13.46 per hour, funded training up to QCF Level 5, a refer-a-friend scheme, a pension scheme, and flexible shifts including days, nights, full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' right to work in UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• Various shift patterns available (Full time, part time and bank contracts). Alternate weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement.
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed.

We're Looking For
