• Experience leading complex captures in defence or national security.
• Leadership of senior multidisciplinary teams across functions.
• Track record of winning contracts greater than £10M in value.
• Ability to develop and execute win strategies and capture plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop the capture win strategy and gain approval from leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver capture activities end-to-end.
