Qualifications

• Proven track record in hands-on development and execution of large-scale pipeline (up to £1bn)
• Experience in defence or strategic growth roles with UKDI knowledge
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex capture initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building with senior customers

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline growth in key domains (autonomy, quantum) for UK Innovation.
• Coordinate across UKDI and UKRI teams to inform strategic development.
• Lead major capture activities, bids and proposals for high-value programmes.
• Develop and drive growth strategy across UKDI and UKRI.
• Engage senior stakeholders to influence orders pipeline.
