Job summary

QinetiQ Limited seeks a Growth Leader to propel DSTL opportunities and shape market strategy, driving major capture activities across a £3bn pipeline over three years. You will nurture early-stage opportunities and hand them to the Capture team.

You''ll coordinate across DSTL-facing teams, align with executives, and develop GTM plans to win high-value programmes while safeguarding compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in hands-on development and execution of scale pipeline (up to £1bn) with high conversion rate.
• Experience winning competitive tenders and delivering strategic growth in defence markets.
• Established network within the DSTL/Defence sector and ability to influence executive-level decision making.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline growth across DSTL with hands-on opportunity development.
• Coordinate with DSTL and wider QinetiQ teams to inform strategic development.
• Lead captures, bids, and proposals for high-value programmes.
• Develop and execute the Growth Strategy for DSTL partnerships.
