The General Manager will deliver operational support to staff, manage budgets, liaise with clients and stakeholders, drive service delivery and continuous improvement across hard and soft FM services while ensuring safety, compliance and customer

Qualifications

• Extensive operational management experience.
• Experience with soft FM.
• Experience with security (desirable).
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Proven people management and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality hard and soft FM services as per contract.
• Manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies.
• Develop strategies with management and client for growth and improvement.
• Oversee supplier contracts and ensure best value.
• Lead recruitment and staff development.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across site.
