Job summary

SalesCaptain in the UK is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to own outbound strategy for international clients, delivering high-conversion cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

You’ll conduct audience and industry research, define ICPs, craft messaging with AI support, test new angles, report progress to clients, and drive upsell opportunities. This full-time, remote role follows EU hours with a collaborative team and growth-focused perks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Marketing, Sales, GTM, or as a BDR at tech companies.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cold Email sequencers.
• Proven ability to write high-converting cold email and LinkedIn sequences.
• Proficient with prompt engineering and AI platforms for messaging flows.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for international clients.
• Perform audience and industry research to identify USPs and market needs.
• Define targeting and ICP criteria for each campaign.
• Create messaging for outbound campaigns with copy and AI support.
• Evaluate campaign performance and suggest optimizations to hit KPIs.
• Identify and test new campaign angles to increase positive replies.
• Communicate with clients, create reports, and manage retention and upselling.
