Job summary

Informa TechTarget in London seeks a proactive Campaign Manager to coordinate the delivery of media campaigns from inception to completion. You will liaise with Agencies/Advertisers, Sales, and post-sales teams to ensure campaigns meet deadlines and client expectations.

You will manage communications with advertisers, track performance, and deliver timely reporting while supporting revenue forecasting and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Team player who can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in customer management or sales is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
• Proven data entry accuracy and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt of online materials from Agencies/Advertisers to meet deadlines.
• Build relationships with advertisers to support campaigns and loyalty.
• Communicate campaign status with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Operations teams.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Provide order status and performance updates to Sales Reps.
• Assist with revenue forecasting and weekly revenue recognition.
• Set up automated reporting and manage monthly client reporting deliveries.
• Process campaign changes with Sales and clients to manage expectations.
• Secure proofs of delivery and close month-end tasks.
