CreatorWorks, the UK’s first creator-led growth agency, seeks a proactive individual to own client relationships and campaign strategy at the intersection of creator economy and AI.

You’ll manage campaigns end-to-end, turn briefs into actionable strategies, and continuously optimize based on data and performance. This fully remote role offers equity potential and flexible hours for early hires shaping the company’s future.

Qualificações

• 2+ years running influencer campaigns or managing client accounts in B2B/B2C marketing or GTM.
• You post your own content (LinkedIn, vlogs, newsletters) and practice what you preach.
• You take initiative and don’t need long brainstorms to start.
• You use AI daily to improve your work and decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own client relationships, strategy and delivery behind creator programs.
• Turn briefs into clear creator campaign strategies and adjust mid-campaign as needed.
• Analyze campaign data and creator performance to inform decisions for clients.
• Lead campaigns from brief to go-live and help deliver when needed.
• Explore AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
