SalesCaptain is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to lead outbound strategies for international clients. This full-time, remote role operates on EU hours and emphasizes cold email and LinkedIn outreach to drive growth.

You should have 2+ years in marketing or GTM in tech, be proficient with LinkedIn Navigator and cold email tooling, and be comfortable using AI to craft messaging. The role offers remote work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Marketing, Sales, GTM, or as a BDR at tech companies.
• Proven ability to write high-converting cold emails and LinkedIn sequences.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cold Email tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for international clients.
• Conduct audience, industry, and competitor research to identify client USPs and market needs.
• Define targeting criteria and ICP for campaigns based on research.
• Create messaging for outbound campaigns using copy and AI.
• Evaluate campaign performance and optimize to hit KPIs and drive leads.
• Test new campaign angles and niches to improve replies.
• Communicate with clients and provide progress reports, managing retention and upselling.
