Job summary

Flowd is seeking a Client Manager to lead the success of a portfolio of clients across the UK, with remote or hybrid work options. The role requires owning campaign strategy, guiding cross-functional teams, and driving client outcomes with AI tools.

You will manage onboarding, reviews, renewals and expansions, forecast performance, and maintain proactive client communication. The position rewards ownership, results, and the chance to work with a fast-growing, ambitious marketing brand.

Qualifications

• B2B experience in client success, account direction, sales or agency strategy ideally in outbound, SaaS or performance-led services.
• Track record of owning client outcomes, not just relationships.
• Fluency with AI, especially Claude, with prompting and critique capabilities.
• Comfort with CRMs, Instantly, and modern outbound stacks.
• Level-headed, commercially minded and decisive.

Responsibilities

• Own the full campaign strategy for each client, supported by AI automations.
• Direct the BDE and Data Engineer on client requirements.
• Approve scripts, ICP, targeting and launch campaigns.
• Manage client relationships from Sales handoff through onboarding, reviews, renewals and expansion.
• Translate performance data into decisions: weekly forecasts and health scores.
• Operate the Client Brain through Claude-powered AI workspace for campaign outputs.
• Spot churn risk early, lead renewals end-to-end and upsell opportunities.
• Be the first point of contact for client communications and escalations.
• Handle difficult conversations: underperforming campaigns and scope disputes.
