Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe UK seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in upholding brand standards and driving the business. You will manage asset performance, mentor a team, and partner with Sales and GM to execute strategies that boost guest satisfaction and market growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams, foster a guest-first culture, and ensure consistent delivery of products and services to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry including restaurant front line operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HRM/Business or Culinary preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold brand standards and core values as assistant general manager.
• Demonstrate working financial comprehension to hit KPIs.
• Mentor and coach junior management and staff.
