Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe London is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a high-volume casual- themed, full-service restaurant. You will oversee P&L, mentor hourly staff, manage labor, and ensure brand standards while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with English fluency and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an operations managerial role in a high-volume casual dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for hourly staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem solving.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage department P&L and budgets as designated by General Manager.
• Mentor and coach hourly staff to deliver brand standards.
• Manage labor schedules in line with the cafe budget.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure systems and processes meet brand standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
• Support senior leadership in attracting and retaining talent.
• Develop learning and development programs for the team.
