Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency communicating in English (reading/writing)
• Familiarity with POS, KDS and guest-service tech
• Knowledge of menu/beverage and retail items

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service to guests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Greet guests, manage orders, buss tables, and assist with food service as needed.
• Monitor guest requests and communicate with management to resolve issues.
• Assist in shop areas and support Rock Shop and bar/food service as required.
• Assist in achieving standards for safety, sanitation and guest experience.
