UK Power Networks are seeking a Senior Cable/Circuit Designer to join the Capital Programme - Engineering Design team, based at Crawley or Maidstone. This permanent role reports to the Design Lead and offers a salary of £84,160 plus a company car and bonus.

You will design circuits from scopes provided and deliver designs for construction, ensuring compliance with UKPN design standards, CDM and industry regulations.

Formación

• Experience delivering cable and circuit designs for utility networks.
• Familiar with design standards, CDM and industry regulations.
• Ability to mentor Trainee, Graduate and Engineer colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Produce circuit designs from scopes to meet time, cost and quality targets.
• Produce designs below ground and in air suitable for construction.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, CAD teams and stakeholders.
• Lead as Principal Designer for allocated schemes and manage risks.
